Take years off your smile with teeth whitening

Are you embarrassed to smile due to brown, yellow or otherwise discolored teeth? Have you tried over the counter whitening without success? Are you discouraged and unsure what to do? Byron C. Scott, DMD in Mobile, Alabama can whiten your teeth up to 8 shades today, developing a luminous white smile you have always wanted with Zoom® whitening.

The Springhill Dental Health Center difference

Discolored teeth can make you look and feel older than you are. You don’t need to go through life as the person who never smiles for photos or the one who tries to cover their mouth when they laugh. Dr. Scott and his qualified team can brighten your smile and your life. Zoom® teeth whitening treatment is safe and effective. Because the treatment is done under the supervision and guidance of Dr. Scott, your smile will show maximum results.

Unlike over the counter options, Zoom® in office whitening uses a stronger, more effective formula that only a dentist can apply. In one hour you will notice a dramatic difference in the color of your teeth.

How does Zoom® work?

Then, he will carefully apply a strong bleaching gel to the teeth and turn on the LED accelerating light. After 45 minutes you will smile with teeth that are up to 8 shades whiter than when you started! He will then give you instructions for how to maintain your new look.

How to make your Zoom® results last

If you want your beautiful Zoom® results to last for years to come, it is important to understand what can contribute to staining. Environmental factors play a large role in the discoloration of teeth. Once you have had professional teeth whitening, it is important to avoid staining agents that can reverse your results. Avoid things like:

  • Coffee
  • Tea
  • Dark berry or grape juice
  • Red wine
  • Smoking

These agents can discolor your teeth and should be consumed sparingly. If you are an avid coffee or tea drinker, try drinking through a straw to avoid contact with your newly whitened teeth.

For those who want to maintain their Zoom® results for as long as possible and choose to continue using products that can stain their teeth, our office offers take-home whitening products that can help reduce and remove their staining effects and help prolong your new result. The use of these products along with regular cleanings and check ups in our office can help assure that your new whiter, brighter smile lasts as long as possible.
