i-CAT Cone Beam Imaging


The i-CAT gives Springhill Dental Health Center the most complete information on the anatomy of your mouth, face and jaw areas, which leads to the most accurate treatment and predictable outcomes for your dental procedures.  You'll remain seated for just 20 seconds in an “open environment scan,” which increases your comfort and captures a real picture of your face and mouth. Information is transferred to our computer within minutes and displayed on a mapping tool.

The i-CAT is used as part of our full scope of dentistry, including oral and maxillofacial surgery, impacted teeth, implants, bone reconstruction and grafting, orthodontics, trauma, pathology, screenings for infection and TMJ evaluation. Springhill Dental Health Center is the only office in Mobile and south Alabama that uses the Imaging Sciences i-CAT.
